What is the largest patch you can create?: Keep the total patch size
under 18" x 18". Larger images can be created in segments and sewn
onto a bottom felt or other cloth media. |

you offer custom colors?: Yes we can. There may be a minimum order
quantity because of dye lot minimums. |

Do you offer other types of patches such as embroidery?: Yes,
AST Sports can be your source for custom embroidery also. |

Can you offer complete packages, such as Letter Jackets, Duffel
Bags, Team Banners?: AST Sports has contracted with many school
districts to provide a complete selection of team clothing and
booster items. |

What are your lead times?: 2-1/2 weeks for catalog items and 3-1/2 weeks for
custom items. |

What is your minimum order?: AST Sports has NO MINIMUM ORDER. |

Do you publish a Price List?: Currently, AST Sports does not
include its price list on the website. Please contact us for current
pricing. |

How
can I open an account?: All new customers are required to pay
using credit cards or a certified check for the first order. AST
Sports
may extend credit terms to repeat customers at our discretion. |

Can
you ship overseas?: Yes, we can ship world-wide. |

Can
you help me design my patch?: AST Sports can take your idea and
create a working patch design. There is a $65.00 minimum charge for
design services. The customer is responsible for
approval of the final design. Also, image files and stitch data is
the property of AST Sports. |

I have an image or stitch file created by another company, can you
work from this?: In most cases we can take stitch files
from many makes of embroidery machine makers and convert them to our
equipment. We will not accept proprietary data from competing
embroidery houses, as it violates the code-of-ethics of the
industry. |

Can
I purchase patches for my Letter Jacket?: AST Sports
can provide activity images, school names, and year numbers for any
customer, but most schools issue certificates to athletes
authorizing AST Sports to provide the letter patch. If
you have the proper documentation from your school we would be happy
to provide your letter patches. |
