- Shipping: All orders
will be shipped FOB Monticello, Minnesota. Unless otherwise specified
by customer, your order will ship using Spee-Dee for shipments to the
Midwest and UPS or USPS for all others. Shipping, insurance and any special
handling charges are the responsibility of the customer, these costs
will be added to the invoice.
- Credit Terms: New
customers are required to pay using Visa, Master Card, or certified
check. Customers with credit history may be extended credit terms.
- Sales Tax: All orders
shipped to locations within the state of Minnesota are subject to
state tax (currently 6.5%) unless a tax exemption certificate is on
file.
- Standard Lead Time:
Standard lead time for stock images is 2-1/2 weeks. Custom images carry a
3-1/2 week lead time from the day the customer approves art or samples.
- Volume Discounts: Discounts are
available for larger quantities. Please call 763-295-4099.
- Custom Designs: Art
preparation and set-up for custom designs carry a minimum $65.00
charge. Charges vary based on the complexity of the design. Quotes are
available upon receipt of artwork or other necessary information.
- Warranty: AST Sports
warranties all Chenille products against defective workmanship or
materials. If a workmanship claim is made AST Sports requires the
merchandise to be returned for evaluation.
- Return of Merchandise:
Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days after
receipt of the merchandise. Custom patches can not be returned. Before
returning merchandise please call AST Sports at 763-295-4099.
- Changes & Cancellations:
Changes can be made at any point up to the start of production. After
production has started, a fee will be charged for any changes or
cancellation and may include a restocking charge for custom supplies.
- Customer-Supplied Material:
Because of the equipment and processes used, there is a 2% spoilage
allowance on customer-supplied garments and materials.
- AST Sports Images:
Reproductions of AST Sports images, including catalogs, web site, and
sales literature is prohibited by copyright protection.
- Image Measurements: A
Chenille patch is measured in inches from felt edge to felt
edge and does not include the felt backing.
- Trademarks: Written
permission is required from the trademark owner prior to production of
patches with protected logos and designs. AST Sports is not
responsible for copyright or trademark infringement by the buyer.
